Parties will hereinafter be referred to as per their array in the Writ Petition.

Heard counsel for petitioner and Sri B.Thimothi, Standing Counsel for 1st respondent.

It is agreed by both sides that the issue raised in the Writ Petition is covered by order dt.18.07.2017 in WP.No.17946 of 2017 and batch.

Therefore, this Writ Petition is also allowed in terms of the said order and the respondents are granted four (04) weeks time to pay the petitioners arrears of House Rent Allowance and City Compensatory Allowance as per the said order. No costs.

Consequently, the WV.MP.

No.5324 of is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
