petition and seeks liberty to the petitioner to make a representation to the second respondent for redressal of his grievance, as made in the writ petition, and seeks direction to decide the representation within time frame.
2. Sri Gurram Ramachandra Rao, learned standing counsel for second respondent submits that if any representation, as aforementioned, is made by the petitioner, A.P. Pollution Control board, shall consider the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt thereof.
3. In the circumstances, we dispose of the writ petition by the following order:
1) Writ petition is disposed of as not pressed. 2) It is open to the petitioner to make a representation as aforementioned within a period of 10 days from today.
3) If the representation is made by the petitioner, the same may be considered and decided in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the representation.
4) All contentions on merits are kept open. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the writ appeals shall stand closed.
