Heard.

It is not in dispute that subsequent to the impugned proceedings herein, the Tahsildar, Garladinne Mandal, Anantapur District, the 3rd respondent, has passed further order on 16.04.2015. The petitioners, therefore, seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with a liberty to separately question the subsequent order of the 3rd respondent.

Permission is accorded and the Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as sought for by the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
