Aggrieved by the notice dated 31.03.2017 in Mc.No.B/ 1521/ 2016 dated 01.03.2017 passed by the Special Executive Magistrate, Hyderabad, this revision is filed by the petitioner/ accused. Heard before admission.

The impugned show cause notice was issued under Section 446 r/ w 110 Cr.P.C. It is once the bond is executed for due compliance and there was violation of the conditions in the bond, the learned Executive Magistrate is competent to issue show cause notice and it is for the petitioner to appear before the learned Executive Magistrate and give an explanation to impose any penalty rather than the entire amount for violation.

Subject to the above observations, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of.
