Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Irrigation and Command Area.

The limited relief as prayed for by the Writ petitioner in the present Writ petition is a direction to the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representations dated 12.05.2020, 21.12.2020, 15.05.2021 and 28.06.2021 respectively. 4.

The specific grievance of the petitioner is that about 40 years back a canal was constructed by the Government under Wyra Project. Later, on 04.08.2020, another canal was dug by private individuals and the same was opposed by the petitioner requesting the concerned authorities to stop construction of canal, but they constructed canal in the petitioner's land, due to which the petitioner's land is divided into two parts. Therefore, the petitioner is unable to cultivate his land completely. Hence, the petitioner seeks the removal of the illegally constructed canal by private individuals in

SN,J WP_16624_2021 petitioners land admeasuring Ac. 1.00 gts in Survey No.489/3 situated at the Purview of Pinapaka Revenue Office, Tallada Mandal, Khammam District.

Without going into the merits of the case, the Writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representations made by the Writ petitioner dated 12.05.2020, 21.12.2020, 15.05.2021 and 28.06.2021, in accordance to law and pass appropriate orders within a period of three (3) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, duly communicating the said decision to the petitioner. However, there shall be no order as to costs. 6.

In view of the disposal of main Writ Petition No.16624 of 2021, I.A.No.1 of 2021 shall also stand closed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall also stand closed.
