This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to dispose of Crl.M.P.No.299 of 2014 in M.C.No.45 of 2014 pending on the file of Judge, Family Court, Vijayawada.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor for the State before notice to respondent Nos.1 and 2 and before admission. The petitioner, who is the husband of the 1st respondent filed Crl.M.P.No.299 of 2014 in the said M.C. under Section 45 of the Evidence Act pending disposal of M.C. in disputing the paternity of the 2nd petitioner stating that he filed the application for D.N.A. test that is pending. There is no direction need to be given by this Court, as it is the duty of the trial Court to dispose of M.P. as result of M.P. has its bearing for M.C. disposal.
