This application is filed seeking extension of time granted to surrender before the S.H.O., Sanathnagar Police Station, Cyberabad, enabling the petitioners/A.1 to A.3 to comply with the orders passed by this Court in Crl.Pl.No.2021, dated 27.07.2021.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent State.
For the reasons stated in the petition, the time granted to the petitioners to surrender before the Station House Officer, Sanathnagar Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate, is hereby extended by ten days from today.
