Learned Government Pleader for Irrigation & Command Area Development (TG) filed memo dated 09.04.2015 stating that the order of this Court is complied and the amount payable to the petitioner was credited to the bank account of the petitioner by way of Electronic transmission.

2. Having regard to the same, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

3. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
