The petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 3 and the 2nd respondentdefacto complainant of Crime No.611 of 2017 of Banjara Hills Police Station, Hyderabad registered for the offences under Sections 420 and 406 r/w 34 IPC, are present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended. In view of compromise of the parties, the offence is compounded and the accused are acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.
