This Court made the following:

ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to pass an order or direction or writ under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the first respondent in preparing the list dated:26.07.2003 of the employees working in the first respondent institution in pursuance of proceedings Rc.No.

4/A1-1/2003 dated:20-07-2003 for making inter zonal transfers contrary to Presidential Order and other Rules and Regulations in force as bad, arbitrary, illegal and unconstitutional and against the principles of natural Justice and consequently direct the respondents to implement the Presidential Order stricto sensu in making appointments, promotions and transfers in Zone-VI and pass such other and further orders as this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case, in the interest of Justice. A perusal of the record shows that Writ Petition No.16201 of 2003, filed by some of the similarly situated persons, questioning proceedings impugned in this Writ Petition was dismissed by a Division Bench of this Court by order dated 26.11.2008 as withdrawn. At the hearing, Sri C.

Damodar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, submitted that since the proceedings were of the year 2003, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication. In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel to dismissal of this Writ Petition, W.P.M.P. No.20346 of 2003 shall stand dismissed as infructuous. ________________________ C.V. NAGARJUNA
