HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION No.12152 of 2013 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondent in interfering with further construction as illegal and arbitrary and a consequential direction is also sought to the respondent to extend the permission for further construction to the petitioner in D.No.1-1508/1/A, Cirlce 9, Gandhinagar, Hyderabad. When the matter came up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent submitted that the respondent never interfered with the construction of the petitioner and if the petitioner wants to make further construction, he has to file an application before the respondent and if such an application is filed, the respondent would consider and pass appropriate orders.

In view of categorical statement made by the learned Standing Counsel, the Writ Petition is closed as no further orders are necessary. No order as to costs.
