HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.10307 OF 2013 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. by the petitioner/accused seeking to quash the proceedings against her in C.C.No.208 of 2012 on the file of X Special Magistrate, Hasthinapuram, Ranga Reddy District.

While so, this Court called for from the trial court as to the present stage of the case. The learned X Special Magistrate, Hasthinapuram, through his letter Dis.No.365/2018, dated 08.08.2018, has submitted that the said case has been disposed of by the said Court under Section 256 Cr.P.C. r/w 204(4) Cr.P.C. by dismissing the complaint filed under Section 138 of N.I.Act by acquitting the accused as per the order dated 16.09.2014.

In view of the above said information, this criminal petition, which is filed to quash the proceedings, has become infructuous and therefore, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
