This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioner/A.2 to quash the proceedings in Crime No.276 of 2014 of Governorpet Police Station, Vijayawada, Krishna District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 407 of IPC, but subsequently, the matter was compromised before the Lok Adalat in LAC.No.607 of 2015.

Therefore, nothing remains for adjudication by this Court in this Criminal Petition.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
