ORDER

This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioners/A1, A4 to A6 seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.625 of 2015 on the file of the Special Mobile Magistrate, Guntur, Guntur District, for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 427, 506 read with Section 34 IPC, against them.

2. It is alleged in the charge sheet that due to boundary disputes, all the accused have trespassed into the property of the de facto complainant and demolished the south-east pillar and the compound wall about a length of 15' causing loss of Rs.50,000/- and also threatened him with dire consequences. Based on the complaint, a case in Cr.No.168 of 2015 was registered against the accused for the aforesaid offences.

3. In view of the allegations mentioned in the charge sheet, the matter has to be decided after full fledged trial and therefore, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned proceedings. However, the presence of the petitioners 1 to 3/A1,A4 and A5 except petitioner No.4/A6 before the trial Court is dispensed with except on the dates whenever their presence is insisted by the trial Court and they shall be represented by their counsel.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
