THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.35 of 2012 ORDER:
Ms.K.Anjali, learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner, informs the Court that the parties have settled the matter out of Court by way of entering into a compromise.

In view of the above said submission, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the present Revision. 3.
Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed. No costs.
