ORDER
This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of mandamus to declare the action of the first respondent in issuing the Tender Notification No. RA /MM /SS /SECURITY /SC-01 /2003-04 dated 1/3-4-2003, as illegal and arbitrary.

None appeared for the petitioners despite listing the matter today under the caption 'For dismissal.

Learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submits that as the period mentioned in the tender notification had expired long back, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. 4.
