THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT CONTEMPT CASE No.1343 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard Sri Srinivas Ambati for petitioners and the Assistant Government Pleader (Panchayat Raj and Rural Development) for respondent.

The petitioners complaining disobedience of order, dated 15.11.2016, filed the instant Contempt Case.

On 28.07.2017, notice was ordered and in response to the notice, the respondent filed counter affidavit. Sri Srinivas Ambati, having regard to the stand taken in the counter affidavit, reports that the order, against which disobedience is complained in the Contempt Case, since is implemented, Contempt Case is not pressed.

The statement is placed on record.

The Contempt Case is dismissed accordingly.
