Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.

2.

When the matter is taken up, it is brought to the notice of this Court that in identical circumstances, this Court passed an Order in W.P.No.7844 of 2018, dated 19.03.2018. It is needless to observe that status quo ante prior to the order impugned shall stand restored. The authorities shall complete the enquiry, as directed above, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order." 3.

Following the said order and for the reasons stated therein, this Writ Petition is allowed in terms thereof. There shall be no order as to costs.
