This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/accused seeking to quash the proceedings against him in Crime No.18 of 2017 of Jawaharnagar Police Station, Rachakonda District. 2.

Heard. Perused the record.

On written instructions, dated 27.09.2019, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the police after completion of investigation in the subject crime, filed charge sheet before the learned XXI Metropolitan Magistrate, Medchal, and C.C.No.1132 of 2017 was assigned.

In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
