When the matter was called on 30.11.2017, 08.12.2017 and 15.12.2017, there was no representation for the petitioner. As such, the matter was directed to be posted under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today, despite the matter listed under the said caption, there is no representation for the petitioner either in the forenoon or afternoon sessions. From this, it appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
