Heard.

2. Petitioners claim that Smt.D.Madhavi, youngest daughter of the first petitioner, gifted the property i.e. flat bearing No.401 in 'Sri Krishan Residency' with a built up area of 1642 Sq. Ft. in survey Nos.11/14, 11/15, 11/16, 11/17 and 11/18 situated at Khanampet Village, to them. When the petitioners want to present the gift deed for registration, the Registration authorities refused to receive.

3. No material is placed on record to show that the gift deed was presented by depositing requisite stamp duty and registration charges. Therefore, relief as sought for, cannot be granted at this stage. Petitioners are granted liberty to present the document for registration by complying with the registration formalities. If such document is presented for registration by complying the required formalities including payment of stamp duty, the third respondent is directed to receive and process the document and if he has any objection for registration, he shall communicate the reasons for not accepting the document for registration.

4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
