Sri Suresh Kumar Routhu, learned counsel for the petitioners, and Sri B. Sesibushan Rao, learned counsel for the respondents, informed this Court that the issues arising in this writ petition stand settled by the decision in W.P.No.9590 of 2013 which was dismissed by this Court on 12.09.2018. A copy of the order in the said writ petition is placed on record.

For reasons alike as were stated in the aforestated order and in terms thereof, the writ petition is dismissed. The interim order dated 08.07.2013 shall stand vacated.
