ORDER:

Petitioner complains of inaction of the respondents in considering her representation dated 28.12.2013 seeking allotment of house site patta in another area and the said representation is stated to be unconsidered, hence, the present writ petition.

2. On 24.03.2014, this Court, while admitting the writ petition, directed the respondents to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner.

3. Since no counter affidavit is filed so far, the respondents are directed to consider the aforesaid representation of the petitioner, if not already considered and pass appropriate orders, preferably, within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ______________________ VILAS V.
