HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.7244 of 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioners - Accused Nos.2 to 4 under Sections 437 & 439 of Criminal Procedure Code seeking to grant bail to them in Crime No.6 of 2016 on the file of Ananthagiri Police Station, Visakhapatnam District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 20(b) of the NDPS Act. Heard and perused the material available on record. It is alleged that the petitioners and another accused were found in possession of 118 kgs of ganja.

The petitioners are the residents of Delhi. In view of the same and since the quantity of ganja found in possession of the petitioners is commercial, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief sought by them.
