T.Bhadraiah, v. The Sub Treasury Officer,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE G. SHYAM PRASAD WRIT PETITION No.22164 OF 2006 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice V. Ramasubramanian) No representation on behalf of the petitioner. What the petitioner seeks in this writ petition is a direction to the respondents to allow him to enter the name of his second wife in the pension book. Admittedly, he married this lady, even when his first marriage was subsisting. Therefore, the prayer, sought for by him, cannot be granted. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
