OFFICE NOTE 01.05.2026 TMD, J Transferred to I-Order folder This Court, vide order dated 28.01.2026, has allowed the present contempt case and directed the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner in any last grade post in the District which is equivalent or is even lesser in rank to the post of VRA, such as office subordinate for appointment on compassionate grounds and report compliance within a period of four (04) weeks.

In compliance with the above directions, learned Government Pleader for Services-I has produced a copy of the proceedings dated 17.03.2026 under which the petitioner has been appointed as Office Subordinate in the Revenue Department, Nagarkurnool District.

Learned counsel for the petitioner also confirmed the said position.
