HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the appointment of 4th respondent as Anganwadi Worker in Jaggayyapeta village, Annamrajupeta Mandal in Vizianagaram district. 2.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Government Pleader produced written instructions furnished to him by the Child Development Project Officer, ICDS Project, S.Kota.

Written instructions would disclose that 4th respondent did not join in the post as Anganwadi Worker, which was kept vacant till September, 2015. On 12.09.2015, fresh notification was issued and in pursuant to the selections conducted, a person by name Mudasala Pydiraju was appointed as Anganwadi Worker on 02.11.2015 in Jaggayyapeta village.

In view of the fact that the selected candidate did not join in the post and in subsequent recruitment, another person was selected and appointed, cause in the writ petition does not survive. Writ petition is dismissed accordingly.
