THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K. JAISWAL Criminal Petition No. 4418 of 2015 Order:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, seeking a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the case in CFR No.549 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, at Manthani, Karimnagar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on one pretext or the other the matter is being adjourned from time to time since 10 months and, hence, seeks early disposal of the matter.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, at Manthani, Karimnagar, is directed to dispose of the case in CFR No. 549 of 2013 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
