Mr.K.Sitaram, learned counsel for the appellant, has addressed a letter, dated 31.03.2017, to the Registry, wherein he has stated that the parties settled the dispute outside the Court and that therefore, his client intends to withdraw the appeal. Today, at the hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant has reiterated the contents of the aforesaid letter.
