This Writ Petition is filed declaring the action of the respondents 3 and 4 in not taking any action on the complaint dated: 5.2.2015 of the petitioner as illegal, arbitrary and violation of fundamental rights and consequently direct the respondents 3 and 4 to take action on the complaint dated: 5.2.2015 of the petitioner against respondent Nos.5 to 10 and to pass such other order or orders as this Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. 2.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to look into the matter and after conducting due enquiry, take action in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
