CVNR, J & AVSS,J W.P.No.19529_16 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) Seeking release of J.Ramesh (hereinafter referred to as 'the detenu'), the husband of the petitioner, this writ petition is filed for issue of habeas corpus.

The detenu was detained on the charges of his involvement in the activities of bootlegging.

Mr. Ch. Danamjaya, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that in case of bootleggers, this Court has been consistently passing the orders to the effect that they shall be released subject to the condition of their leaving the place where they have been carrying on their activities and that they shall not re-enter the place till the expiry of the detention period. The learned counsel further submitted that his client has no objection for staying outside the H.M.D.A. limits during the rest of the detention period.

The learned Government Pleader for Home (TS) admitted that such orders are being passed by this Court.

In the light of the above submissions, the impugned detention orders are set aside. The detenu shall be released forthwith from the detention subject to his giving an undertaking in writing addressed to respondent No.2, to the effect that, immediately on his release, he will leave H.M.D.A limits and will not re-enter the said limits till the expiry of the balance detention period, and handing over the same to the

The writ petition is, accordingly, allowed.
