CVNR,J & TR,J F.C.A.No.34 of 2017 15.02.2017 JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Family Court Appeal arises out of the order and decree, dated 10.09.2016, in F.C.O.P.No.14 of 2015, whereby, the Judge, Family Courtcum-IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Adilabad, has granted decree for dissolution of marriage, by mutual consent under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.

After arguing the case, Mr.M.Karuna Sagar, learned counsel for the appellant, has sought for permission of the Court to withdraw the appeal with liberty to his client to challenge the order under appeal by instituting substantive proceedings before appropriate forum in accordance with law. 3.

Accordingly, the Family Court Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the appellant in terms of the prayer made. 4.
