THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR CRIMINAL PETITION No.10716 of 2016 ORDER :

The present application is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking return of passport Nos.G1144216 of first petitioner and G1144214 of second petitioner.

At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of the Court that Crl.M.P.(SR) No.1577 of 2016 which was filed before the XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, seeking return of passports is still pending consideration. He submits that the said application is posted to 28.10.2016. In view of the urgency, he seeks a direction to the trial Court to dispose of Crl.M.P.(SR) No.1577 of 2016 at the earliest. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and taking into consideration the urgency expressed, the trial Court is directed to dispose of Crl.M.P.(SR) No.1577 of 2016, in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. It is needless to mention that the trial Court shall hear the aggrieved person, if it feels necessary.
