HONB'E SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDARAM WRIT PETITION No.13877 OF 2017 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 3rd respondent in allowing the 5th respondent to construct ground floor plus first floors in premises No.4-4/168, Sanjeev Reddy Nagar Colony, Kawkoor Village, Alwal, Malkajigiri Mandal, Medchal District. It is the specific case of the petitioner that his neighbour 5th respondent is making constructions in the above said premises without obtaining any permission from the respondent authorities. Petitioner has submitted a complaint/representation dated 13.2.2017 to the respondent authorities, but the respondent authorities did not take any action so far. Hence, the writ petition. Inasmuch as the petitioner submitted his complaint/representation dated 13.02.2017 and it is pending with the respondent authorities, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent authorities to take into consideration of the complaint/representation dated 13.02.2017 of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
