Sri J.Govardhan Reddy, learned counsel appearing for petitioner/ appellant/ accused, filed a letter dated 12.2.2018 before the Registry seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel there to, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
