HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.12197 OF 2018 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that she filed appeal before the 2nd respondent against the proceedings dated 19-06-2015 in Rc.No.841/2014/E6/HR, dated 19-06-2015, wherein and whereby the petitioner was removed from the post of Field Assistant-I working in Nandiagama Grampanchayat and Mandal. The 2nd respondent is obligated to send the appeal file to the 3rd respondent. As the said appeal is not being disposed of, the present writ petition is filed.

Sri M.S.R.Chandra Murthy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 3 and 4 submits that no appeal is pending before the 2nd respondent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner says that the 3rd respondent is the appellate authority and he seeks liberty to file appeal before the 3rd respondent. In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file appeal before the 3rd respondent-appellate authority and the appellate authority shall decide the same and pass orders in accordance with law. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 18-04-2018 Nvl
