HCJ & Dr.SA, J W.P.No.14472 of 2019 Dt: 07-08-2019 Order: (per Hon'ble The Chief Justice Raghvendra Singh Chauhan) This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the orders dated 27-11-2004 and 15-05-2007, passed by the Lok Adalat, City Civil Court, Legal Services Authority, in O.S. No. 278 of 2004, as void and unenforceable.

Mr. T. S. Praveen Kumar, the learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks liberty to withdraw this writ petition. He has also addressed a letter dated 05-08-2019, to the Registrar (Judicial) in this regard. Therefore, the writ petition is, hereby, dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
