This writ petition is filed for declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in not disposing the representation of the petitioner dated 26-06-2015, as illegal and arbitrary. In view of the subsequent developments in the case, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the subsequent order in appropriate proceedings. Permission as sought for is accorded.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to challenge the subsequent order in appropriate proceedings.
In consequence, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
