Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, as the petitioner requested to quash the First Information Report, though, charge sheet was already filed by the time of filing the present petition, which could be clearly seen from the material papers.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, leaving it open to the petitioner to challenge the charge sheet proceedings.

Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
