THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.12264 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that if the petitioners herein submit their applications by enclosing the documents in support of their title over the subject property, the respondents will refer the matter to the competent authority under Section 64 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (for short 'the Act'). In view of the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, giving liberty to the petitioners to submit their applications to the respondent-authorities by enclosing necessary documents for reference of the same to the competent authority under Section 64 of the Act, strictly in accordance with law. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
