THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.45671 OF 2016 ORDER:
The case of the petitioners is that they have submitted a representation to the 4th respondent seeking deletion of their lands admeasuring Ac.0.50 cents in Sy.No.346/2A and Ac.5-00 cents in Sy.No.346/2B of Gorantla Village, Guntur Mandal and District from the list of Assigned lands, prepared under Section 22A(1)(a) of the Registration Act, 1908. In pursuant to the same, the 4th respondent submitted reports to the 3rd respondent, who inturn referred the matter to the District Collector-2nd respondent. But so far, no action has been taken by the 2nd respondent. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the District Collector is competent to take action on the representation submitted by the petitioners interms of the guidelines in para 25.5 of the Full Bench judgment reported in Vinjamuri Rajagopala Chary and others vs. State of Andhra Pradesh rep. by Principal Secretary, Revenue Department, Hyderabad and others1 .

Since it is stated the petitioner's application is pending consideration before the 2nd respondent and the reports regarding the same are already submitted by the respondents 3 and 4, the 2nd respondent is directed to take action interms of guidelines issued in para 25.5 of the aforesaid Full Bench judgment.
