THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.12219 of 2018 ORDER:
This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner seeking verbatim the following relief: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent No.2 and 3 for issuance of Lr RC No.T6/57/ITDA/2018, dt. 05-03-2018 is bad, arbitrary, illegal, unconstitutional clear violation of Article 14 and 21 Constitution of India and contrary to Sec. 3(1)(a) and 3(2)(a) of A.P. Scheduled Area Land Transfer Regulation 1959, and set aside the same and consequently direct the Respondent No.2 and 3 to initiate action and pass order of ejectment against Unofficial Respondents in the interest of justice and to pass such other order or orders may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

I have heard the submissions of Sri J.Satya Prasad, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, and of the learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare (A.P.) appearing for the respondents 1 to
3. I have perused the material record.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner would take appropriate steps for challenging the impugned action and that if a direction is given to the Project Officer, Integrated Tribal Development Authority (ITDA), West Godavari District/2nd respondent herein, to consider and dispose of the representation, dated 12.03.2018, the ends of justice would be met and, therefore, such a direction may be given and the writ petition may be disposed of accordingly. 4.
Learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare, while supporting the impugned orders, endorses the said submission.

Having regard to the facts and submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Project Officer, Integrated Tribal Development Authority (ITDA), West Godavari District/2nd respondent herein, to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 12.03.2018, on furnishing a copy of the same by the petitioner to the said Officer. The necessary exercise shall be completed within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of the petitioner submitting a copy of the representation afore-stated to the said Officer. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
