C. Ramanarasimham v. The State Of Andhra Pradesh,
THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION No. 7571 OF 2015 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in proposing to demolish existing rest rooms/Choultry situated in the premises of respondent No. 4temple which was constructed with the donations of the petitioners and other donors as illegal and arbitrary. 2.
On 30-03-2015, this Court granted an order of status quo. Today when the matter came up for hearing, learned standing counsel for respondent No. 4 submits that the rest rooms and the Choultry are demolished even prior to the status quo order and that therefore no further orders are necessary in the Writ Petition. 3.
In the light of the above, the Writ Petition is closed. However, the petitioners are at liberty to avail other remedies which are available under law for redressal of their grievance. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence.
