Petitioner claims to be the owner and possessor of the land to an extent of Ac.0.33 guntas forming part of Survey No.238-N situated at Elukalapally Village, Palakurthi Mandal, Peddapally District. According to petitioner, the said land is fallen to her share in the family partition and by cultivating the said land, she is eking out her livelihood. While so, in the pahani, names of two other persons are reflected to an extent of Ac.0.17 guntas and Ac.0.16 guntas respectively. Aggrieved thereby, petitioner filed representation dated 25.02.2017 before the Tahsildar, Palakurthi Mandal, Peddapally District. Pursuant to the said request, notice dated 13.04.2017 was issued and in response to the notice, all the relevant documents were submitted by the petitioner. Even though further notice was issued on 28.06.2017 and all the information was already furnished, so far no further steps are taken and the issue is not finalized, causing hardship and suffering to the petitioner.

A perusal of the material on record would disclose that on 13.04.2017, the Tahsildar issued notice in response to the application submitted by the petitioner and thereafter further notice was issued on 28.06.2017 informing the parties to appear before him on 04.07.2017.

According to learned counsel for the petitioner, so far no further steps are taken. If that is so and so far no decision is taken, the Tahsildar, Palakurthy Mandal, Peddapally District,

is directed to finalize the issue in response to the notices No.B/80/2017, dated 13.04.2017 and 28.06.2017, and communicate the decision by a reasoned order to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
