On previous occasions, i.e., on 03.11.2017 and on 10.11.2017 when the matter is listed for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners and the matter is adjourned to one week and posted to 17.11.2017. On that day also in the morning and evening sessions, none appeared on behalf of the petitioners and hence the matter is directed to be listed on 24.11.2017 under the caption " For Dismissal" . Despite the matter is listed today under the caption 'For Dismissal', none appeared on behalf of the petitioners. It indicates that the petitioner is not interested to pursue the matter. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ Petition shall stand dismissed.
