HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R.SUBHASH REDDY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.4642 of 2015 ORDER :

This Civil Revision Petition, under Section 22 of the A.P. Buildings (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control Act, 1960 (for brevity "the Act") is filed by the petitioner/tenant aggrieved by the order dated 04.09.2015 in I.A.S.R.No.1838 of 2014 in R.A.No.47 of 2011 passed by the Chief Judge, City Small Causes Court, Hyderabad, upholding the objection taken by the office in respect of maintainability of the application filed by him under Section 340 of Cr.P.C., r/w. Section 151 C.P.C.

2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the impugned order passed by the Court below.

3. In view of the orders passed by this Court today i.e., 13.11.2015 in C.R.P.No.4643 2015 and having regard to the reasons recorded therein, this Court is of the view that no case is made out in this revision, warranting interference by this Court.

4. Accordingly, this civil revision petition is dismissed, at the stage of admission. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
