This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused No.1 in C.C.No.276 of 2015 on the file of the Court of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, at Parvatipuram, Vizianagaram District.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law including filing of a petition under Section 205 Cr.P.C.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedies available to him under law including filing of a petition under Section 205 Cr.P.C.
