ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition, as and when cause of action arises. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. It is needless to say that the petitioner is entitled to avail remedies which are available under law. There shall be no order as to costs.

The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
