ORDER:

Heard.

2. Petitioner complains of unlawful interference by respondent Nos.2 and 3 and questions the action of repeatedly calling him to the police station and harassing him without there being any case registered against him.

3. Instructions of the learned Government Pleader, however, show that there was a dispute between petitioner and respondent No.4 relating to a sale transaction and later respondent No.4 filed a private complaint before the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Alair, which has been referred for investigation to Yadagirigutta police station, respondent No.2. Based on that, it is stated that a case in crime No.68 of 2015 is registered on 17.03.2015 and investigation is taken up.

4. In view of the registration of crime and the investigation, as per orders of the learned Magistrate, no relief can be granted to the petitioner in this writ petition. However, petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate steps regarding the said registration of crime. Writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
