This appeal is filed under Section 173 of Motor Vehicles Act assailing the judgment and decree dated 31.07.2013 passed in M.V.O.P.No.421 of 2010 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal-cum-I Additional District Court, Kurnool. 2.

During pendency of the appeal, the matter was settled before the Lok Adalat vide Award dated 14.07.2018.

Accordingly, the M.A.C.M.A. is disposed of in terms of the award passed by the Lok Adalat on 14.07.2018. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Appeal shall stand closed.
